		<description><![CDATA[I agree with your observation, however, I feel such a debate was required with the different line of approach leading to the causes.

To my mind: there are two reasons to price rise. Firstly, Agriculture Minister kept on conditioning the minds of the public by giving statements that prices will rise and also giving hints to all the international markets that India will need to import the food products.  Secondly, I feel Planning Commission&#039;s advise is not upto the mark wherein the data is required to be translated into ground reality wherein the balance of agriculture sowing and cultivation is implemented to the nation&#039;s requirement.   In some of the best governed countries, It is the govt which advises and helps the farmers to get the best results from the agriculture to the benefit of the farmers and the population.]]></description>
