Can you imagine the levels the Mr Modi will stoop down to? Rewarding people who kill terrorists? Wow, that is something absurd.
That is ridiculous. How can Mr. Modi do this? He should have done an Ashok Chavan and forgotten the names of the officers (Sal, kay salgaonkar?) or a V.S Achutanandan and insulted their families.
