Here’s a quick follow-up to Sudheendra Kulkarni’s reflective article that we just posted: the BJP has now categorically distanced itself from his views. We heard Sushma Swaraj in an NDTV story just a little while ago, claiming his comments were made as an “independent journalist”. When the mic was thrust into his face, Advani said, quite hurriedly, that Swaraj had said what had to be said.
